We are a referral service
Louisville Foundation & Basement connects homeowners with independent local contractors. We do not perform, inspect, supervise, price or guarantee any work. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor you choose to hire.
Contractors are independent
Contractors we refer are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not guarantee their availability, prices, licensing, insurance, workmanship or results. Check any contractor yourself before hiring them, including their Louisville Metro license (or city license in New Albany or Jeffersonville), insurance, reviews and references.
Information on this site

No cost, no obligation
Our referrals are free to homeowners. You are never obligated to hire a contractor we refer.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, Louisville Foundation & Basement is not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed by any contractor, or from your use of this site. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
